Edit a resource in $KUBE_EDITOR or $EDITOR (kubectl edit)

Synopsis#

maqpna edit TYPE NAME | TYPE/NAME [-n NS] [-o yaml|json]

Description#

The object opens in $KUBE_EDITOR, else $EDITOR, else vi (notepad on Windows). Saving an unchanged file cancels; a rejected change leaves a copy of your edits in a temporary file.

Flags#

The global flags (--context, -o, --no-color, ...) work with every command.

Examples#

$ maqpna edit agent coder -n team-a
$ maqpna edit tp/coder-policy -n team-a -o json

What happens when you run it#

• Prints a table by default; -o json or -o yaml print the data, and --jq EXPR filters the JSON.
